第8回敬愛大学高校生英語スピーチコンテスト

敬愛大学の英語教育開発センター主催の第8回英語スピーチコンテスト「Keiai Cup 2026」を開催します。このコンテストは、高校生に普段の学習成果として英語を用いて自分の意見や考えなどを発表する機会を提供するとともに、その後も生涯にわたって英語学習に取り組んでいく動機付けを与えることを目的としています。

毎年全国から多数の高校生が参加し、様々な問題意識をもとに熱心な発表を行っています。成果発表の場として、意欲ある高校生の皆さんの参加をお待ちしています。

概要

発表テーマ・趣旨

テーマ：“What things do you accept and what things do you wish to change in the world around you?”

※上記のテーマ・趣旨に沿って、各自でスピーチのタイトルを設定する。
※応募するスピーチは、未発表のものに限る。

趣旨：
The world around us is either very small or very big. In our daily life, we see many things that affect how we think and live. Some things we accept, but some things make us question or want to change them. Think about different things in your life and the world. What things do you accept without change, and what would you like to change or improve in the world around you?
In this speech, think about the world around you. This can be your smaller world, such as your life, your family, your friends, your school, your community, for example. Your bigger world could include things such as your country, the environment, immigration, conflicts (wars), bullying, or the global economy. What do you accept? Why do you accept it? What do you want to change? How can it be better?
For example: “I accept cultural differences, but I want to change global conflicts” / “I accept my imperfections, but I want to change my fear of failure”
